FAREEZ has vast experience from a Senior/Head of Customer Relations Division position with a Government agency. His job scope involved Customer Services, Media management and operations of Call Centres.
Additionally, he is a facilitator, trainer and motivator. Among the trainings he has conducted and facilitated for, include ALM Group staff, TNB front liners, Customer Relations Officers, Customer Services Assistants and Jebat Putra Group of Companies. He has also been actively involved in organising Family Days, Corporate Dinners and events for Corporate companies.
A former Kuala Lumpur M-League goalkeeper, he has also organised many sporting event. He is also a qualified soccer coach who has conducted many coaching clinics.
